Light. A beacon of hope to the weary and a symbol of impending doom for the darkness. Light is a manifestation of God and His character. Or maybe, it is simply equivalent to the who God is. God is light.
I am grateful for the Light, that has been Jesus. Without light, there is no clarity- only perpetual blindness. In spiritual blindness, there is death. In light, we see clearly, vividly, and in powerful color. Light overcomes the darkness. The darkness cannot stand. I am grateful that the Lord of all is my light. My only place of comfort, hope, and ability. Thank you Jesus for who You are.
